Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Drippler ("Drippler," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, mobile applications, and browser extension (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Drippler you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right and authority to agree to these Terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at drippler.xyz@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Drippler offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. The Pro subscription unlocks additional monthly generation credits and other features described on the paywall.

Auto-renewal: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise indicated) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain Pro access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices. Any price change will apply to the next billing period after we notify you, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is governed by the terms of that store in addition to these Terms. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing or canceling: You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → Account → Subscriptions). Deleting the Drippler app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds: Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google respectively, according to their refund policies.

Web Purchases (Stripe)

Subscriptions purchased on our website are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to your payment data. You can manage or cancel a web subscription through the customer portal we link to from your Drippler account.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, clothing images, avatars, and other content you upload to Drippler ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for example, to generate virtual try-on images), and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; (c) use the Service to build a competing product; (d) misuse our AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or impersonating content.

AI-Generated Content

Drippler uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate virtual try-on images and related outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected and are provided "as is." You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and should not rely on them for any decision where errors could cause harm.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Drippler and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drippler and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $50.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drippler operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
